This document applies to the X PrimeFlow beta. Payments are not open yet — we are not accepting them, and the prices on the pricing page take effect when sales open. The project is run by a private individual: until a company is registered and its details are published here, this text is not a public offer.

The English version of this document is the legally binding one; the other languages are translations provided for convenience. Revision of 2026-10-26.

X PrimeFlow Terms of Use

Revision: 2026-10-26 · Version: 1.2

1. Who provides the service

The service is provided by a private individual who runs the X PrimeFlow project (a company has not been registered yet, so there is no company name, registration number or registered address to state here — they will be published in this section as soon as registration is complete), e-mail [email protected] (the "we", the "Provider").

X PrimeFlow is the trade name of the service the Provider operates. Your contract is with the Provider named above. Once a company is registered, its name will differ from the product name X PrimeFlow — that will not change who you contract with, and the details will appear in this section.

Payments are not open yet: we are not accepting them for the time being. Before payments open we will publish here how the charge appears on your bank statement.

These Terms will become a public offer to enter into a contract for access to software and data once the Provider is registered and its details appear above. Until then they set out the rules on which access to the X PrimeFlow beta is given, and they apply from the moment you create an account or start using the service.

2. What exactly we provide

X PrimeFlow is software and analytical data: a terminal for market information, analytical panels, an

interface to exchanges and decentralised protocols, and programmatic access to the data (API).

We are not, and do not act as:

  • a financial institution, bank or payment system;
  • an exchange, broker, dealer or securities trader;
  • a provider of services related to the circulation of virtual assets (custody, exchange, transfer,

placement intermediation);

  • an investment adviser.

We do not hold your assets and have no access to them. Exchange keys are stored encrypted in your

browser — we do not store them. Trades are concluded directly between you and the exchange or protocol:

we are not a party to the trade, we do not match orders of different users against each other and we run

no omnibus accounts.

No compensation from trades. We receive no fee, commission, rebate or other reward from any

exchange, protocol, aggregator or bridge for the orders or transactions you make through the service.

Our income is the subscription for access to the software and the data. If this ever changes, we will

update these Terms before the change takes effect and show the arrangement next to every route it

affects.

Fees charged by third parties. Protocols, aggregators and bridges may charge their own fee on a

swap, bridge transfer or limit order built by the service — for example, CoW Protocol charges 0.02% of volume (0.003% for correlated assets such as stablecoins) on its limit orders, plus 50% of the price improvement on orders placed outside the market, capped at 0.98% of volume. Such a fee is shown before you sign: as a separate line, or already included in the

amount you are quoted. It is set by that third party and goes to it, not to us. Trading fees of

exchanges are charged by the exchange under its own terms.

Third-party route providers. Some routes are executed by third-party providers (for example NEAR Intents, operated by Intents Technology). They are not part of X PrimeFlow and you have no direct contractual relationship with them; to the extent permitted by law, they give no warranties and bear no liability to you. Their transfers are irreversible and may be refunded only under the provider's rules. You must not use these routes if you are a sanctioned person or located in a sanctioned jurisdiction; some routes are not available in some countries, including the United Kingdom.

Where the signature is produced. On blockchains and decentralised protocols you sign the

transaction or order in your own wallet: the server returns only an unsigned transaction or order and

never receives your wallet keys. For centralised exchanges the request is signed in your browser with

the secret of your exchange API key, which stays in your browser.

Your browser, extension or local Runner sends signed orders directly to the exchange or protocol; they do not pass through our servers. Signed read-only requests to centralised exchanges — balances, open orders and fills — are delivered through our server (/api/cex/relay), because exchanges do not answer them to a browser directly. The server cannot change a signed request and never receives your API secret or your wallet keys.

We do not accept exchange secrets. Functions that would require sending an exchange API secret to

our servers are switched off.

We are not a party to your trade, we do not hold your funds, we do not decide for you what to buy or

when, and we act neither in our own name nor for our own account.

3. What we do not promise

Data is provided "as is". It comes from external sources (exchanges, public registries, blockchains) and

may be incomplete, delayed or different from the source itself. Where a sample is incomplete we mark it

with a coverage field — but we do not guarantee accuracy, continuity or fitness for a particular purpose.

Nothing in the service is investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell, a guarantee of return or a forecast.

Signals, indicators and summaries reflect market data; they are not instructions to act. You make trading

decisions yourself and bear the risk of loss.

4. Plans, payment, renewal

Access is provided under the plans published on the site. A plan defines request volume, request rate,

history depth and the licence to use the data.

Payment is monthly or annual. Access opens once the payment clears and runs to the end of the paid

period.

There is no automatic charge. A subscription does not renew by itself, and no money is taken without

an action by you — neither by card nor in crypto. A few days before the paid period ends we send a

reminder: by e-mail to a confirmed address and, if you connected Telegram, as a Telegram message. To

continue, you create a new invoice in your account and pay it.

If the paid period has ended and no new invoice has been paid, the plan drops to Free. Your account, API

keys and saved settings are kept — only the access limits change. There is no separate cancellation step:

simply do not pay for the next period.

5. Withdrawal and refunds

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of concluding it.

Because access is provided immediately, by starting to use the service you consent to immediate

performance and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal does not extend to the part already supplied.

Refunds:

  • full refund within 14 days of payment, provided no more than 10% of the plan's monthly request

volume has been used;

  • after that window the paid period is not refunded, annual plans included;
  • not refundable: request volume already consumed, the period during which access was provided, and

network fees on crypto payments;

  • refunds are made by the same method as the payment; for crypto payments, in the same coin and network

at the rate applicable on the refund date, with the network fee deducted.

Send requests to [email protected]. We reply within 3 business days and instruct the refund within

10 business days of agreeing the amount. Crediting the funds also depends on the payment provider, which may

need up to a further 20 business days — up to 30 business days in total from the moment the amount is agreed.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • circumvent technical limits, request quotas or access controls;
  • share your access key with third parties, resell or publicly display our data without a separate

redistribution licence;

  • use the service for unlawful activity, including in breach of sanctions regimes;
  • create load that degrades the service for other users.

Breach entitles us to suspend access. For serious breach we may terminate the contract without refunding

the period already used.

7. Data licence

Your plan defines how the data may be used:

  • personal use — private, non-commercial purposes only;
  • commercial use — inside your own product or business, without public display or resale of raw data

to third parties;

  • redistribution and public display — under a separate agreement only.

A redistribution and public-display licence does not cover all of the data. Some sections come from

external providers whose own terms forbid redistribution. That data is not part of any redistribution

licence, and a separate agreement does not change it: we cannot pass on more rights than we hold

ourselves.

What may be redistributed is marked next to each method in the API reference. That list, not this

clause, is the one in force: it is updated together with the sources.

If a method carries no marker, redistribution is not permitted.

Data we compute ourselves but on top of an external series (marked as derived in the reference) is not

included in the standard redistribution licence — each such case is agreed separately in the agreement

itself.

Rights to our own derived calculations remain with us. Third-party source data remains subject to the

terms of those sources.

8. Availability

We aim for continuous operation but do not guarantee it. Planned and unplanned interruptions, failures of

external sources and changes in exchange APIs are possible. We announce significant planned work in

advance where feasible.

9. Liability

We are not liable for:

  • your trading decisions and their consequences;
  • the acts of exchanges, protocols, payment providers and owners of external data sources;
  • losses caused by compromise of your device, browser, wallet or keys;
  • lost profit and indirect damages.

Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the last 3 months of use. This limitation

does not apply where the law does not permit it and does not limit statutory consumer rights.

10. Personal data

Processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Using the service means you have read it.

11. Changes

We may change these Terms. The version in force is the one whose date and version number appear at the top

of this document. We announce material changes at least 14 days in advance: by publishing the new version

on this page, and by e-mail or Telegram message to those who provided an e-mail or connected Telegram.

Both fields are optional, so the channel that reaches everyone without exception is this page itself.

Changes do not apply to a period you have already paid for. Until it ends, the version in force on

your payment date continues to apply; the new version applies from the next paid period. If you do not

agree with a change, simply do not pay for the next period. On the free plan the new version applies from

its effective date, and continuing to use the service means you accept it.

12. Law and disputes

Ukrainian law applies. Disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing agreement, by the court at the

Provider's location. For consumers in the European Union this does not deprive them of the protection of

mandatory rules of their country of residence.

These Terms are published in English and made available in the other languages of the interface.

The English version is the original and the legally binding one; every other language version,

the Ukrainian one included, is a translation provided for convenience, and if they differ the English

version prevails. The Ukrainian version is published and is shown by default to visitors from Ukraine

because Ukrainian law on the state language requires it — that does not make it the original. For

languages into which this document has not been translated, the page shows this English text and says so.
