What this page does NOT claim
- Historical governance participation is not reported. The chain deletes individual vote records once a proposal is finalised, so the ratio cannot be read from a public endpoint — and reporting a hollow 0% would be an invented negative result about ourselves.
- Uptime is measured over the current slashing window only. A longer horizon is not recoverable from chain state, so it is not asserted.
- Participation in the Hypha-run testnet is an off-chain fact and is not observable from cosmoshub-4 state.

How this page gets its numbers
- These readings are shown, not resold. We validate cosmoshub-4, but we do not run a Cosmos Hub read node, so none of the bytes on this page came off our own hardware — which is exactly the condition under which our AtomOne and Provenance pages do claim a redistribution right.
- If a source is unreachable the API answers 503 with a reason, never 200 with an empty array.
- Every number on this page comes from an open endpoint you can call yourself, without a key.
